Events that WSLA has sponsored and/or helped organize:

  • Goddess Lecture (twice) presented as a panel discussion on the Goddess, with a question and answer session.
 
  • Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki – various programs and seminars
 
  • In-service program from Colorado Peace Officers and Social Workers on Witchcraft vs Satanism
 
  • People’s Fair Booth
 
  • Leadership Conference – addressing topics of interest to people functioning as leaders in our religious community.
 
  • Grand Coven – initially created as a coming together of the WSLA member's Covens, which as the groups hived off became a much larger event of the Pagan community to celebrate the Wheel of the Year.
 
  • Wicca 101 – an introduction to Witchcraft as religion.  First run in fall of 1989.  A moderator/facilitator presented different teachers each week.
 
  • Re-consecrating the Womb – a rape/abuse survivors healing ritual, a Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki rite. WSLA members were given express permission to adapt this rite for use within the Pagan Community and as a service that is currently offered in conjunction with the Pagan Prison Ministries.
 
  • Womaning - an annual ritual honoring and supporting women in all phases of life.
 
  • Baby Grand - a private celebratory ritual for WSLA members and their covens and friends.
 
  • Magda Dance - shamanic trance dancing for WSLA members and their covens and friends.
